Accessing Tin Valley is simple. Click the register button to view our 6 different membership options. Once you have applied, purchased & been approved (if applicable) you will be able to login using your chosen email and password.
On Tin Valley, you can explore booths featuring cutting-edge tin technologies, watch interviews with industry experts, view lab tours, participate in live events, connect with other professionals in the tin industry + more.
To participate in live events you must have at least the Tin Valley Entry Package membership or upwards. Login to the platform as usual and head to the auditorium where you can join our live events. Please note our live events will be recorded and added to the on-demand section of our auditorium to view later if you cannot attend live. However you will not be able to participate in any live Q&A sessions.
Yes you can do both, or either. We offer 6 different membership packages each containing varying sponsorship or exhibitor booth levels. Please read the descriptions carefully and choose the best package for you. Our bronze membership offers sponsorship without having an exhibitor booth. Our silver, gold and platinum memberships offer both sponsorship and exhibitor booth opportunities. Please note that this is an annual subscription. We will contact members before renewal for re-payment or cancellation.
Updates will be announced via our ITA social media. The links can be found in the contact details section at the bottom of the page. Details on our live events can be found in the agendas section on our website.
Tin Valley is available 24/7. You can access the site at any time, on any day, from any location.
Users with our Free Package membership are able to upgrade. Simply login to the platform as usual, and click the drop down arrow next to your name in the top right hand corner. Click the upgrade button and you will be redirected to our registration form where you can purchase one of our other packages. If you are a Entry Package membership holder or higher, please get in touch with us about upgrading your membership.
Users can cancel their membership by logging into the platform, pressing the arrow by your name in the top right hand corner, and clicking on cancel membership. Please note that memberships are non-refundable and paid annually.
